The Cottages

The six farmlets on our property are home to 24 flats and 7 double rooms, recently renovated, to meet the various requirements of each of our guests. A Tuscany holiday spot committed to your enjoyment and wellbeing, and to giving you as many opportunities as possible to be out and about in the fresh air. The Tenuta Il Cicalino cottages will form the starting point for your holiday in Massa Marittima.

Parco dei Lecci

Bedrooms and apartments next to the main villa. The three apartments and the seven bedrooms next to the main villa have a swimming pool and are sheltered in the tranquil pinewoods with a view of Massa Marittima. The bedrooms offer an alternative solution, ideal for those seeking hotel-style accommodation. The restaurant is approximately 400 metres away.All the rooms, including those in the apartments, can either be double rooms or couple suites.

Cicalino

Lying in the midst of olive groves, cradled by the peace and quiet of the countryside and by the gentle breeze of the wind, this is the ideal small farm setting where you can rediscover the harmony of both body and mind, thanks to what our spa can offer you. Only 400m away from the restaurant and very close to one of our swimming pools and our fitness centre sports facilities, this small farm is made up of five 45m2 flats with a room for two and another flat for 5 people measuring 60 m2, with two rooms for two and a single room.

The proximity of the restaurant makes it the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays surrounded by a friendly and congenial atmosphere, where you can rediscover genuine and traditional tastes and flavours. Very close to the restaurant and some 200m away from one of our swimming pools, the farmlet is home to two flats for 4 persons, each measuring 70 m².

Ceppo

Standing in a relaxing and romantic setting, it is the ideal place to get away from city life and to recharge your batteries, with the warmth and colours of a Tuscany still to be discovered. The Ceppo cottage has six apartments of 45 m2 and for two people each, located on the ground floor, opposite one of the swimming pools. On the first floor, there are two 60 m2 apartments for four people each. All rooms for two can be either set up as double rooms or couple suites.

Poderino

This is a splendid example of a Tuscan farmhouse restoration, lying in the heart of the countryside in a silence broken only by the sounds of nature. The first floor of the Poderino is home to a flat for 3+1; measuring 70m2, consisting of a triple bedroom, a large living room with kitchen area and TV, bathroom with shower and safe. A large flat for 8 people is located on the ground and first floor; it has a double room, a single room and a bathrooms with tub on the ground floor, a double room a triple room and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the ground floor it also has a large kitchen, living room with a fireplace, TV and safe. Guests also benefit from access to a large and covered private terrace.
