Panna cotta with chocolate for 4 persons

A fresh recipe for summer evenings

  • Fresh cream 500 ml
  • Dark Chocolate 150 grams
  • Powdered sugar 100 grams
  • Gelatin in sheets 8 grams

Method:

add the sugar to the cream and bring to 85 °.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate and after a minute mix well, add the previously soaked geletina mix and pour into the bowls. Let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours.
