Fruit Focaccia   – Fruit flat bread



  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1 lemon juice and grated peel
  • 1 pack vanilla baking powder
  • 1 kg fruit

Mix the sugar, eggs, lemon juice and zest and slowly flour mixed with the baking powder.

Put pastry into an oily cake tin, topping with 1 kg fruit (cherry or blueberry, apples or peach).

Baking time: an hour and a half
