    During the course the chef will explain the recipes and cooking tricks.

    You will spend 4 days between doughs, pots and pans, putting your hand to the recipes of Maremma cuisine, passing from pappardelle with wild boar to tiramisu … from handmade gnocchi to ancient recipes such as Peposo dell’Impruneta!

    Our chef will also explain the classics of Italian cuisine, varying between appetizers, first and second courses and desserts

    You will use the vegetables from our garden and the typical products of the area.
    You can taste all the dishes prepared by you and compare them directly with the same recipe made by the chef.

    The package includes:

    6 nights

    The overnight stay can be in double room or in apartment for 2 persons

    6 breakfasts and 5 dinners (water included)

    Dinner in our restaurant and a rich breakfast in the morning will make you discover the unique flavours of our territory.

    Use of trekking routes

    The Cicalino farm-holiday cottage is surrounded by several pathways crossing the most beautiful of the Maremma landscapes.

    Use of swimming pool, gym, saunas, whirlpools

    Enjoy a relaxing moment in the swimming pool or continue to stay fit in our gym, even during your holiday.

    Cooking courses

    Modifiable cooking class in 4 x 3 hour sessions to be held in the main kitchen
    Timetable 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. from Monday to Thursday
    Maximum capacity: 8 persons, minimum 2
    If you book the course for 6 people, you will have the exclusivity of the kitchen and the chef just for you and you can also choose the recipes to be carried out day by day.

    Chef speaks English fluently
